At Girlfriend Collective, we believe in being kind to the planet and to your wardrobe, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that a $7 restocking fee applies to returns for a refund, while exchanges and store credit are always free.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your eco-friendly mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; once scanned, you can track your return journey back to our facility.
